You get to choose to have Love in your life, choose to heal the wounded places within you, and choose to have your Twin Flame Harmonious Union.

So, if you suspect you are in a false Twin Flame relationship, don't get scared. Keep your center and heal what they bring up for you.

The really problematic aspect of this awakened Twin Flame narrative is it actually keeps you in separation.
